Procedure:

1. Explain that during the next activity, participants will be divided into small groups. Each group will be given a picture from a magazine that depicts a relationship. Discuss the following questions with your group:

2. Have small groups report back to the larger group about their scenario and the highlights of their discussion.

3. Ask: Where can we get support to help us make decisions that are both healthy and in line with our values? (Examples: parents, school counsellors, peer helpers, youth workers at community centres, youth clinics, Kids Help Phone, Facts of Life Line, www.planetahead.ca)

4. Handout youth resource cards, Got Questions? Want Answers? These wallet-sized cards may be modified to provide local resource information.
